Judging by this photo, the eagle on a nest sits not only on paws, but also leans against wings, that is has four points of a support

Biggie bites a stick. He/she is getting to be more independent. Temperature in Decorah, Iowa, USA is currently 67.4 F (19.7 C), & the chicks all try frequently to get free from under mom.
