Two eagles on food, younger is more powerful (female probably).
Younger is of second calendar year and alder of third or fourth cy.

That must be 10.50 Estonian time.

It helps future observers to know the local time when pictures were taken or events reported.

There is a date/time stamp in the webcam image - far right at the top. Due to the lighting conditions it is sometimes difficult to see!

It is not very young eagle....white tail and yellow crop.

Exactly, looking it for longer time I think that male eagle of fourth calendar year. Without of rings.
