Re: Eagles' Winter Feeding Ground Webcam 2010 - 11
[quote="venegor"] Though also an eagle, but the raven a lot of-is dangerous!
Hello Venegor. Yesterday I was just greeting you and then there was a major interruptance. The whole internet was out. But I was thinking about the eagle. It is so much bigger and stronger than the Raven, so maybe it is very soft natured, and therefore not really fighting the Raven and the magpies.

ha! i see that you had a very good eagle day here today! ...much better luck than there was on the seal shore...
i watched Fireblades video and was just wondering how many eagles it would take to keep the magpies away... ?
and so much for the WTEs being diurnal birds only!
here's a clip i recorded this morning when the ravens were having breakfast at 9.47 (real time).
Mutikluti: it's good to know that you are quoting the camera time. the times are so much different that it's important.
then i realized that i can't keep an eye on the both cames...

What a happy feast was here all day! Thank you all for sharing your photos & movies of the ravens, crows, magpies, buzzards (we call them hawks), & eagles. I have not been able to watch live yet but will try to do so before the next sunset (if I get up early enough-- I went to a holiday party dinner tonight, so it may be difficult. ) So for now I am , good night / good day! Enjoy the dawn with all the hungry birds!

Good morning!
Seems that somebody (foxes or raccoon dogs) were "working" hard at night... Food is moved from it's old place....
Thank you, Tiit!

It took me a while to see that the food had been moved.

I did not hear any Buzzard calls until after the food appeared -- but now the whole lot of them seem to have lots to say.

Seems that today birds are put into place a hierarchy between them. From time to time they are fighting each other...
