The one on the left looks like 1st-winter bird and the other is older: the beak has turned somewhat yellow.

The next ringed eagle appeared on the feeding ground at 12:02. It wore its rings in "wrong" ankles: country ring and year ring are in reversed order. The code T315 is on blue&blue ring on the right leg and white over red on the left leg. It was ringed in SW Finland in 2004 (9th w).

Jan 2 2013

Several eagles visited the feeding place. The maximum number of eagles seen on the ground at the same time was nine. The ringed eagles were the following:
  • orange over blue V331 (2007) from SW Finland (previously 2012 Feb 20, 21; this season on Dec 30, 31, Jan 1)
blue over blue T315 (2004) from SW Finland. This is a new bird to the ground. Special about this bird is that the rings are in reversed ankles: country ring on the left leg and the year ring on the right.
