Does this eagle have a broken toe on the right foot or is the rightmost toes just turned to the back here? This eagle has pale eyes.

B279 from SW Finland, 2009 (4th w) came to the feeding place at 11:20.

Dec 31, 2012

Several eagles visited the feeding place. Among them were the same two ringed eagles as on the previous day, but in opposite order.
  • orange over blue V331 (2007) from SW Finland (previously seen twice in last winter: Feb 20 and 21; this season on Dec 30)
    black over blue B279 (2009) from SW Finland (previously seen 6 times in last winter: Jan 21 and 24 and Feb 17, 18, 19 and 20; this season on Dec 30)

10:13 First two eagles on the ground. The other appears is quite dark but its beak and the tip of its tail is white. The other is rather light-coloured butthe beak is still dark so it is younger than the other. At least the light-coloured eagle seemed to be without rings.
