That´s how I got rid of it ...

Choose "Video"

Image

1.) First step is to click on "Alle" instead of "Einfach", then you get more settings to choose ... then click on "Video" left side menu

Image

2.) Right side menu of "video" you have to change the the point about breadth of picture size from -1 (pre-set by default) to 0 .... save the new settings - then the green bar should vanish in future snapshots.

If this doesn´t help, try also to set breadth to 0 instead of -1 .... perhaps you have to try out a bit in these settings ...

 Thank you Bea. I had done it for the VLC at home, but did not note it down and yesterday morning at work no time to search for it.

Now only a Blackbird stopped singing and a pair of crows started alarming. That is not deadly.

We had to remove batteries of Buzzard cam for to replace in other place. Think we will remove other parts of system from here as well, so Buzzard cam season 2017 is over.
Maybe Jürgen knows if somewhere is new nest of that pair?

Thank you for telling us, Urmas. I am not surprised that the season is declared over. I was surprised the cam stayed on this long.
Maybe next year another chance.
