Yes, I did, and made a few snaps and films, but I had problems with YouTube, so I'm now trying to sort that out and post them as I get them uploaded! A few times a single bird was there and I think once the second bird also came! That I have on video!

Hooray! Thank you, Felis, for something - anything, to put on the daily summary!

The first picture is from Wednesday, the others from today.
The cam is a bit jerky and sometimes sends big pixels

One has to be lucky - but I already found out or learnt today, that when one LSE comes to the nest, he/she starts to cry for the mate and since I have the cams open most of the time I can look if I hear it and are near the PC at the time. Not all the time I get to it in time to see something and sometimes I'm not catching it with picture or film

Now, I have a film, but one can't see anything except the empty nest. But a bird was singing so beautiful, maybe one of you experts know what I heard. I know about the birds around my home here, but I still have not much knowlege about the birds in Estonia or Latvia

Eagle came and shouted, flew off, came back, flew off again, but no second appeared. The transmission is very jerky and the sound also not parallel to the picture

Heard bird songs begin about 4:00 AM Latvia time. LSE began calling about 4:35 AM or so, before cam could see anything. Now she sits on edge of the nest bowl, waiting.

About 6:14 AM-- She left the nest & I could hear her calling from somewhere nearby. I hope nothing has happened to her mate-- he has always arrived often with frogs for her. Where is he today? She seemed reluctant to leave the nest. :puzzled:

Edit, 6:29-- I was away from the cam for a few minutes, & when I came back, she was there, eating something. I don't know if she caught it herself, or if her mate showed up & brought her a gift.

Edit, 6:41-- Ahhhh! Here they are, both together, bringing sticks for the nest.
