12:13 little birds on the nest: a great tit, a chiffchaff maybe (or a willow warbler or some such) and finally a crested tit.

12:48 an eagle called nearby. it sounded like a female voice. before that sound of big wings. Milda flew somewhere near i think.

Good Morning !

Saw their visit last night  They were so beautiful in the special late
afternoon light, their colors and feathers were like a painting!!

And such a good chemistry between them :loveshower:

I really hope that we'll see them together for many years :2thumbsup:

If only someone will find the way to put on them rings by remote control, because sometimes they look like twins :rotf:

the other took a stick and put in a new place. she doesn't like the eagle decor! :rotf:
or was she planning to steal the stick?

she flew out of sight but the other still stands on the nest. so beautiful... :innocent:

the second raven was also changing places of sticks. Raimis and Milda are inexperienced in nest building that even ravens can see it and make corrections to their plans. :rotf:

13:54 the first raven flew by the nest tree and the second raven flew out after her.

Ame, during the weekend I saw that the Bid tree (next to ex-Parents tree), became very green

I understood that the autumn is already on it's way... The changes are always slow at the beginning; later it goes very fast and in no time forest will be naked.

Sep 22

good morning!
some insect crawled on the lens at about 8:10 and decided to stay.
mega2 made a picture of the insect:
https://dabasdati.lv/forums/viewtopic.p ... e5#p156483

no eagles so far. only a raven called nearby.

8:20 the insect walked away. it seemed to have very long antennae. too bad that it was too much out of focus, too near the lens. 8-)

16:51 a nuthatch with an acorn. :D
or a nut? :puzzled:

i think she stuffed the acorn or nut between the sticks and then put some nest materials on top of it so that it cannot be seen. clever bird! :2thumbsup:

after the nuthatch many great tits. 8-)
