a boy or a girl, who knows but it was still immature: the backside and underparts of its body were still spotty as a nutcracker's.
here it is coming.
on the way out. - we have echo-pictures, too!
i'll change mine.

Liz thought it was a girl while it looked like a male to me. now i have no idea which it was.
Liz i made you video visible.
it had a very interesting looking tail but the body was not anymore embarrassingly spotty and dirty-looking in a teenager way.

Ame, maybe you're right and it was a Male eagle. I found no pictures of this eagle. It does not matter. It was a nice visit

is it the same dirty-tail?
yes, it looks like the same spotty bottom...
... and dirty tail.
... and the same shaded beak.

good morning!
the camera has started on time and now there's already some light. it's rather quiet, only some wind.

my thoughts, too, it's only two mornings. the Spotty-Bottom will probably continue its journey today. we have seen these visitors very often in two days in a row.
here's the visit. i think i heard a buzzard calling there, too. (or a jay?)
in the end it jumped to the right branch and out of view.
after a few minutes it flew away at 9:07.
