Re: Eagles Winter Feeding Ground 2012
It looks like the water in Lake Nova froze overnight. Now it is "ice skating rink" Nova. That is, if you don't mind some bumpy ice.
The ravens call to each other over the frozen area. They must find their own food sources now.

It almost looked like it slipped a little on the ice when it tried to land.alice44 wrote:A raven visited.
Good morning, Alice. Although I will not be staying long, I really still need to catch up on sleep tonight. I'll only look for a few more minutes, then go. So everyone ejoy the extra time we have with this cam, & also be sure to see how pretty it is at the Käsmu cam. Kotkas is offline today. Goodnight / Good day, everyone.

Cam was not connecting earlier today, but now it is on. Only there is no sound. It is wet & windy, judging by how the pine boughs are waving.

at 13.52 the JWPlayer says "Stream not found". the winter eagles-link is also gone from the EENET.EE main page. i guess it's final now...
... until next winter.
ps: i have been checking the tooni-address (mms://tv.eenet.ee/tooni) every now and then for some days already but it's still not there...

(i've been studying practically all day how old houses have been built some 50-60 years ago and how they should be repaired and especially how they should not be repaired and i'm going cockoo soon... i'll need something fun for a change.)
EDIT at 15.59: finished!

OK, ame.
Tell me when the time is right
Finished? Right, the time is now.
ame, you have earned a lot of fun, after this work. Thank you for doing it.
PS - does that book say anything about repairing houses that were built around 1880?
