Good evening
18:25 One osprey in the nest
18:43 Seems to become a bit nervous
18:47 Still on the eggs, but arranges nest material within its reach
18:53 The bird in the nest is the male – it gets up, the ring is visible. The female returns to the nest
18:55 He leaves, she sits down
18:56 – 19:01 She rolls the eggs, sits down, gets up, sits down
19:03 The female is sleepy now
19:05 I closed the camera
18:53 Female returns to the nest

thanks for info about doings in nest, and photos & video
photo from morning with rain, Piret at 9.52
and from this evening at 21.06 Madis came with part of a fish (which? perhaps eel?) for Piret which she toke outside the nest to eat
I have not time for watching constantly, but just now and then have a shortly look.
But it seems that the Ospreys have other habits than the WTEs. Their shifts in nestduties do not seem to be that regularly - but the last one I saw today was Piret just as other evenings since the first egg arrived, just like Linda.

Good morning.
8:45 One bird on the eggs, very stormy weather.
There´s a big piece of bark next to the osprey in the nest
8:48 The eagle gets up, calls, sits down
8:49 It gets up, rearranges something in the nest bowl, sits down
8:5o The bird in the nest is the male, the ring is visible; female returns
(maybe with a cluster of this grey lichen in her talon – or it was at the edge of the nest where she landed)
8:51 Male leaves, female sits down
8:55 He returns with another big piece of bark. Obviously quite difficult to handle in the strong wind. The female tries to do something with it
8:57 The female leaves, and now the male has got a problem. A part of the bark covers the eggs, so he can´t sit down. He´s working very hard to put it on a place where it doesn´t disturb, but that seems to be nearly impossible. At last he managed to transport it at the edge of the nest, but the wind brought it back... A hard "fight" until 9:02
9:02 Landing sounds from the camera. The male stopped struggling with the bark and started to arrange the hay quite forcefully
9:04 He rolles the eggs in the nest bowl
9:05 He sits down
9:07 I closed the cam

8:57 The female decided to leave the nest for a while... and now the male osprey had a problem…
I saw at YouTube that scyllabub has recorded the whole scene, so I hope it´s OK to post the video here. Maybe scyllabub is the new Lk member skylla? However, welcome skylla, and if it is your video, thank you!

It's so windy today and Piret and Madis are fighting with one birch bark what they brought for nest building.

12:35 One bird in the nest, looking around attentively
12:43 It gets up for a moment – it´s the male. Stormy weather
12:49 Gets up/sits down, the same at 12:50
12:52 The male spreads it wings over the nest, the storm is strong
12:55 He calls
12:56 He calls and leaves. Raven calls in the background.
I think osprey and raven are visible in the sky in video 1 below, a few seconds after he left the nest
12:57 Osprey returns, if I am not wrong it´s the male (see video 2)
13:00 Still the same bird in the nest, I closed the cam
Video 1: Stormy weather, male eagle leaves the nest, eagle and raven in the sky?
Video 2: Osprey returns to the nest

Last matings were yesterday, not heard or seen any more, so maybe only 1 egg more will come, or it will stay at 2.
We'll see.
