I watched the nest between 19:07 and 19:37 - nothing special, one osprey sat in the nest, almost always quite sleepy.

Hello Millie, I remembered that Urmas had some information. I read back and just found it:Millie wrote:Piret on nest and seems tired, head drooping. Madis has leg ring does anyone know where he was born?
“Reading the ring numbers through the webcam is quite difficult. But photographing from a hide, Arne Ader managed on April 24th to get both birds on a photo and both codes were read. They are definitely not Estonian-ringed ospreys.”
The article is here: http://www.looduskalender.ee/en/node/13126
Hm, I just saw... it´s about the females... so my answer is probably not that useful.

Something very large just flew very close to the nest. Did anyone see what it was?
Edit: maybe Piret? She arrived back at the nest very quick (fish too small for her? ).

Thank you Maertha for checking for me, as you say there was not a lot of information but it is a very interesting site which is crammed full of wildlife cams etc. Wish I had more time to watch.

Large fish brought by Madis, picture failed. Piret took it with her, Madis at the eggs.
Rather funny, only the shadow of the tail of the fish can be seen, at the left side of the picture.

Thank you to all who have provided todays update. Much appreciated. Madis is a good provider. I'm sure both will be good parents. They have really settled down now.
