 Paula today in the morning!

She looked much better than last time. The tiny scratch above the right eye is recovering, and does not bother her at all. The injured paw is what is is, but it didn't bother her either. She has been seen every day, she has been eaten well, and she also took water. Today she fell the water pot on the platform.. :D The pot is tied on the branch, it can't fall down on the ground and break.

I think that Paula looks extremely well Olga. All the good food that you have provided has given them a very good chance of survival,I mean all the squirrels on Squirrel Hill also. :2thumbsup: They will prosper and multiply.. :rotf:

I think Paula looks healthy and lively, and her injured paw does not seem to bother her at all. Her brown/red summer color is beautiful. I also catch a glimpse of your freshly painted, blue, gate in the background Olga. It looks great, and so does the flowers you have put together with it. Thank you for beautiful videos and pictures

Thank you, Squirrel friends! :D

Yes, Paula looks very good. Today early in the morning after 6:30, there was a male squirrel eating as I opened my eyes.

I looked at something like this:

I am not sure if the male was Baby face.. He was alone. Paula appeared at 18:00 in the afternoon.

He was like shocked as he left.. scared of me, but..., :puzzled: yes, perhaps he just saw my face better in that special morning light!

He was alert! That's why I think that it perhaps is not our Babyface, but he is quite similar looking. The tassels looked strange in that sun shine..

 Video number one from yesterday early morning:

It's Baby face at breakfast at 6:30 in a golden ricing sun:

For 12 hours later I noticed Paula. She looked very good and she was having her lunch in all peace. I took a long video, but divided it in 6 short parts. I haven't removed almost anything from the eating session of Paula,

the first three are here:

 Baby face, Mops and Paula have visited each day.

Early summer works make me busy. All others are busy too, Blue tits and great tits have nests here and there, also one nest of the Woodpeckers I know, it's in a cave on a pine trunk seen from the living room window. The WP couple visit daily at the feeder, perhaps some other WPs too. Black birds have also begun to search extra food there..I have also seen a Robin and a Flycatcher as well as a unknown small bird, it's brownish and spotted on the stomach, but.. no, I don't know it.

At 14:00 about I saw Paula, and she looked just very good! She was just a bit careful with her injured paw - actually the paw seems not to be injured any more at all.
