Thank you all for the lovelly pics as usual. Have not been able to watch much, and have just been catching up. Great to see that both Osprey looking fit and Madis has been catching some big fish.
Not long to go now for the hatching's (hopefully)
Dreadfull weather here in UK and things not looking good for the Dyfi Ospreys.
Am praying that weather improves in time for them.

This video is osprey related,so supose its OK to post here ?
Wind was fierce at Rutland cam (UK) this afternoon. Mother osprey found herself in a 'strange' position after a strong gust. Seems it took her a moment to know which end was up.. ..was looking out for the chicks though. :slap: ...
Thanks to the Rutland Osprey Team for the video.:

Thank you all as usual for all the wonderfull pictures and posts. Have been catching up again as have not had time to post.
I have to say that I am concerned at the length of time the eggs have been left. It is normal for Osprey to incubate from the first egg and that means there is a delay between hatchings of a day or so or even 2-3 days sometimes.
Hope we soon have little chick or chicks. Fingers crossed.

So glad I found this nest.... :)

It's a little late for me, but I am going to make a real effort to watch this nest!

Would someone kindly post the dates the eggs were laid?

NB: best to watch on YouTube in the "large" viewer

The parents were both pacing around the hatching egg so nervously! Good thing it kept calling ... "I'm here, I'm here, I'm here" :bounce:
I think it is the first chick two of them. :)
