22:44 - Birds in the sky, Gulls are calling, a boat is out on the sea, a dog is barking, people are talking and laughing. It is an unusual, busy evening:

Building? More like digging..
There is an old soviet time joke: Why are they digging Tallinn's streets? - They're searching Kalevipoeg's (Kalev's son - epos hero) lost (communist) party card :D Maybe this is the case too, they gave up in Tallinn and try other places. Käsmu is fine place to dig, bc Kalevipoeg swimmed many times over the gulf to Finland, lol. Or maybe he lost it, when he made love here with Saarepiiga (Maid of Island), lol.

I think, since it is summer solstice, they build a bon fire :puzzled:

22:33 - Midsummer Eve celebration. Someone is playing accordion, and people are enjoying themselves. It looks/sounds very nice.

I am returned from my vacation trip. And I see how beautiful it is in Käsmu! The Midsummer Eve fire is fading, but what a gorgeous summer night sky.
