some pictures from today... I was there between 6.50 to 9.40.
At 9.30 all birds escaped due to the ATV which was driving some 300-400m away. After that I left but now the birds are back

left eagle is ringed 230km from the feeding place - in Latvia 1999, close to the lake Usmas (Ventspild district) and she breeds for three years only 10 km away from the feeding place. Right eagle is also probably the female (big "body" and "thick" legs:)
Today here was also bird born in 2005 close to the lake Võrtsjärv, 160 km from here!

this skin of wild boar we got from local hunters - ravens and eagles will eat small pieces of meat from it and thereafter it will be cleaned from thereKuremari wrote: how it got there?

Oh, yes, for sure.dzeiaar wrote:blackbird?
It has become completely addicted to meat. Food today was delivered in darkness, about 6.30 camera time. Half an hour later, at first light, that blackbird was dancing around and on top of the meathill ... Which it probably thinks was brought specially for him/her
Blackbird carnivore ...
