Mrs E called again at about 10:30. i can't quite understand why she called because i didn't notice anything alarming in here either. maybe she is a bit jumpy about all birds who come near, even chaffinches.
a Pontu clip:
at about 11 the same thing: egg turn and some eagle yoga.
at 11:24 crows visited again. -now i've seen the video. actually there were ravens, not hooded crows.
here the raven is flying into the picture in the upper right corner:
then a second fly-by from the left:
a Pontu clip of the raven's visit (maybe there were more than one?)
at 12:46 something interesting was high up in the air at which Mrs E called. i heard crows, gulls and maybe fieldfares here... a Pontu clip:
13:00 Mrs E's beak was open as if she were calling. -yes, she called a little. i heard some crows' voices and some gulls before that, maybe black-headed gulls (i.e. laughing gulls Larus ridibundus) or terns..?
a Pontu clip:
(i'll fill up pictures and video clips tomorrow. -now i see i should have made at least one more post. sorry about stuffing so many pictures here. )
at 19:21 Mr E was in the nest again, but he just popped in. in the next picture he was gone again.
EDIT: now i've watched Macko's video and saw that the actual change took place at 19:21. it was then when Mrs E came home and Mr left. earlier Mr E just went out for a while and returned.

nobody knows about the camera, Liz... no-one did anything to make it go again, it just started yesterday. my guess is that the wind finally shook the wires so that they reconnected. they may break again in the same way at any time. i hope it will hold on... fingers crossed and thumbs up!
some crows were making voices above the nest and the parent just stared at the sky and made no calls. Mrs E has been so jumpy about other birds that she would have called.
... yes i think it is still him: the big tailspots!
maybe he just went to the outhouse a while ago (and Mrs E has used the indoor toilet. )
A lot of soft talking (sounding a bit like a rusty door hinge) going on.
14:35: a snack for Mrs E.
