She also dropped a large piece of bark on the chick.

7:36 Mai is eating the fish again. The ospret has been given a few morsels, but certainly not enough to fill its crop.

Looks like she is eating the big peaces herself and trying to get small ones to feet the baby.

Mai grabs the eggshell out of the nestbowl, so she has better overview ;
only 2 eggs plus a "very active" one under her...


She shows a little excited and nervous when she gets up.
No wonder! New experiences for her and must learn to manage this

10:28 - Mikk landing in and taking some morsels from the fish on the nestrim, Mai is tweeting at him

10:31 - Mai takes the fish back and eats morsels herself

10:32 - Mikk takes off

Mai offers a morsel to the ospret, but morsels look a bit oversized yet

11:12 - Mikk on the nest, Mai eats from the fish on the rim, but she eats only herself, no offers to the ospret, despite it lifts its head towards Mai. But holding head up is still difficult for it.

11:16 - Mai takes off, Mikk stays on the nestrim

11:17 - Mikk was about to settle down on the eggs and the chick, but he seems unsure with the chick

11:19 - Mai returns

11:23 - Mikk takes off, Mai on chick and eggs

As far as I see it there is no fish on the nest at the moment, so hopefully Mikk is out for his duty now

Yes, she offers morsels and fresh ospret is meanwhile able to hold its head right up, all is well

Mai was feeding very good the little one.She feeds over head the chick. The chick was not show to her. In my video is to see the full crop from the little one.It good enough.

The chicks are hungry but Mai doesn't feed them.

17:26 Mikk was coming in.I `m not shure, but he have had a fish and Mai take it with protest from him away and he was seeing the second chick.
Than he fly fish less.
Mai startet feeding.If the new one got anythink, not shure. The osprey is half in egg shell. The first born was feed.
