Sorry, I saw this only now. Topic is open: viewtopic.php?f=90&t=861&p=500642#p500642

The address and stream for VLC has slightly changed, please have a look at the introduction. I'm not sure if and what this means for users of iPhone/iPad, so I would be grateful if somebody could let us know if it still works the old way or what we have to add. Thanks.

Good morning!
The Red Deer iPhone link does not work (404 not found). It worked a few days ago.

Thank you Fleur, but that does not work. I mean the links for the iPhone.
All the camera (active and non active) links for iPhone get the message 404 not found. Except the cameras that stream via Youtube of course. Only the Fishcam iPhone link works, surprisingly.
Can somebody fix that please?

I have no iPhone (or any other iDevice), so I can't try it.
Marfo, have you tried to change from http://193.40.133.138/live/hirv/playlist.m3u8 to http://193.40.132.138/live/hirv/playlist.m3u8

Lately all the rtsp (VLC/Android) switched from rtsp to rtmp and in the fish camera also the address changed slightly.
Although as far as I can see the rtmp is still 133.

Thank you Felis but alas, that does not work either. I changed the hirv address to: http://193.40.132.138/hls/hirv.m3u8 so it is the same as the fish address (except the kala is now hirv) but I still get the notification 404 not found.

Could you ask the technicians please? This is the first time the iPhone links do not work. Surely I am not the only visitor with an iPhone or iPad?

Marfo, have you tried this link?

http://tv.eenet.ee/hls/hirv.m3u8

Hovering with the mouse over the link on the LK-hirv-page ( http://www.looduskalender.ee/n/node/843#cam ) shows this link, it should be the actual one for mac-users.

Yes, thank you Bea, the eenet link on top of your post works. It is now on the first page of the hirv forum. They must have changed it today.
I do not understand your last sentence about the other link. But that one works also.
The Grey seal iPhone link still does not work however. Maybe they will fix it tomorrow.
I really lost track with all the different addresses. It is confusing. When I go to the Grey Seal forum page on my Mac computer the iphone link goes to this address: http://tv.eenet.ee/hls/hyljes.m3u8 which is basically the same as the hirv address but it gives the '404 not found' message. When i go to the same iphone link on my iPhone i get the same message but the address is 193.40...../live/hyljes Now, isn't that strange?? In the past the basic address was the same, only the name of the animal was different.

All the other camera iphone links still do not work (404). I guess there are changes in the system and it probably takes time to change all the links on the website

Just opened this link and got a "normal" connection to the cam - (I opened it with VLC, the .m3u8-links can also be opened with VLC), no error-message or "404-ID not found on server" or something else like this.

Yes, Bea, now it works. They must have repaired it just before you checked :D . On the first page of the forum there is still the old iPhone address. But by the time you have a look this will probably suddenly be changed also
Kasmu cam still has the old address.
So all the iPhone links of the cameras that are not streamed on Youtube will have the new http://tv.eenet/hls/hyljes.m3u8 address (with the different animal names of course).
I assume all will be fixed in a few days.

Ah, okay, I see ... it is debianuser´s handy viewing tool for snapshots .... I suppose debianuser is working on the page (adding new cams, modifying something ....) or the server where the page is hosted has currently some problems ....

One has to check back later ....
