GT from DOF page
Eggs No. 2 is now completed.
Written by A A March 7, 2017 at. 15:24
Here approximately at 13.10, after some turmoil in the female, came eggs # 2. It did not seem to be as hard for her as the last, where she sat for a while after with her beak open. Nice to attend!

Then came another of WTE eggs, about three days after the first. Now there are around 38-40 days of hatching until hopefully we can welcome another new small eagle about mid-April. Congratulations to the eagles and all of us. Where is it just a cool sea eagle pairs, we are fortunate to follow.

Cam problems in Denmark, message from DOF translated by Google
UPDATED! We are very sad, and we try to find out what happens now with the camera, eagles nest, after having been provided for more than 12 hours. Unfortunately we must just note that there are many challenges associated with sending of the wild nature and that everything possible technically can go wrong out of the blue. But we have people to look into the matter and hope they can resolve it soon.
So finally succeeded! It was a tough game, but yesterday was finally a day of full sun, which was needed to get the consignment again. Now we hope that does not happen anymore, so we can follow the eagles without any more interruptions. Thanks for your patience.

Thankyou, Mamicja for the pics :hi:
I suppose they don't have the best possible equipment, they display only one nest. Happy to see what is available

This couple has had two eaglets every year. Also the unhappy year with late hatched chicks (because the marten stole/destroyed the two first eggs). One of the previous eaglets has been found dead. But as far as I have followed the history, this couple has succeeded year after year with two fledged eaglets. Even if the mother eagle has a handicapped leg since two years, the family grows.

The Danish camera works with sun energy and therefore cloudy days prevent displaying some times.

Camera work depends on the weather, but the last days were fortunately sunny.
As usual mom flew for the night shift before dusk.

Injured camera.
Written by Pia Colere April 10th, 2017 at. 14:28
Zofia. The camera was injured a few weeks ago and can not be repaired, adjusted due not to disturb the eagles. Therefore discharge. Very unfortunately. Practice
I have though not seen any comment from DOF either on the video page or on FB - so this is so far only a guest comment. As far as I checked, latest live comments from the nest are from 8th Apr both on DOF page and on FB and then everything is alright :D

It's my last screen capture taken April 9, 10:45.
Later screen became black.

Maybe dad doesn't like camera 8-)
On April 7 after watching equipment carefully, he jumped on cam.

But it is sad, if we will not be able to see this year's eaglets.

Did he crash with the camera?
It would be really sad if we couldn't follow the eaglets life this season ... I follow the nest on FB, I assume DOF will inform if the cam is out for this season. So far, I trust the pause is only temporary.
