Breakfast fish feeding is going on now.
2 are eating and the 3rd chick is up along the rail with the other two.
It has its head down waiting for the older 2 to finish, that is what I think anyway.
7:13
I only see one eating now. Now the cam is doing the circle :banghead:
The camera came back at 7:24 and the fish was all eaten.
Tina is calling Teo. Maybe Teo will bring in another fish.

Gavril, I can understand what you think.
It is pecked again at 7:05:12 for ca. 30 sec while Tina is feeding.
I hope this will ends soon.

Good morning, Cessie.

Are the chicks learning to fish by their parents or can they do that by nature?

 good morning, Deli!
I'm just hoping that the chick can make it through this bad time and come out ahead! I've seen it happen before so I know that it is possible!

Nori in 2012 also had a hard time as a younger sister of two brothers but finally she fledged and flew away too.

As far as I remember, Nori was not so pathetic as this younger chick. To me it is rather like the story in the nest Irma - Ilmar. Then Kenno with maniacal persistence pecked Kaari. Of course, I understand that Kaari died from the disease. But I suppose Kenno would not be so hard to bite a healthy brother/sister.

30 June
 Good morning!
4:39
The rain did improve the camera view!
I see the 3 chicks, but I don't see Tina
4:43
Tina jumped down from the cam stand.
The 3 chicks are preening and no one is getting pecked.
Tina is partially covering the 2 younger chicks.

 Deli and Liz01, much better view! :)

5:24
Teo delivered a fish for breakfast!
Tina is feeding the chicks.
The oldest chick has learned to pick up Tina's dropped bites of fish.
The smallest chick is turned away with it's head down during the feeding.
This is not easy to watch, hopefully at the end of the feeding the 2 others it will be fed by Tina. I think that Teo is on the cam stand, I hope that Teo can bring in a second fish for breakfast.
5:32
Fish is all eaten, the 2 chicks are cuddled against the back of Small.
Tina is on cam stand calling Teo.
No pecking occurred.

6:17
Teo brought a fish.
Tina changed feeding location to the one spot, center of screen, that is blurry.
This is in front of smallest chick, who hasn't raised it's head yet, maybe when #1 and 2 are full. Fingers crossed.
#1 chick is full and turned away from feeding, #2 is eating fish.
6:30
#2 turned away and #3 is crying for fish, Tina is picking up crumbs, it might have got a bite or two from Tina but the baby doesn't know how to pick up pieces of fish on the floor. Ok, that was sad because the baby did the right thing, keeping it's head down while the others filled their crops then moved up to Tina crying for fish. Fingers crossed that a 3rd fish comes soon and #3 has a better chance.

Teo brought a fish
All three are lined up and I'm not sure who is who.
But I have a feeling that the one in front who is not eating could be #3.
The other 2 have turned away now it has a chance to move in.
Tina is busy yelling at something that we can't see.
I'm holding my breathe for the little one to please move in front of mom.
Okay baby checked in with the other chick to see if it was going to be pecked no peck so it moved in front of Tina then it moved away. Tina still worried about something.
7:23
#3 had a poop shot then moved in front of Tina again asking for fish.
Tina is still yelling.
This is hard to watch a perfect opportunity for the baby to get fed and there is something besides it's siblings taking away it's food.
Tina flew off. :slap:
I hope that she returns to feed #3.

Good night Cessie and thanx for reports

8:55:10 Tina flew off after calling Teo(?)
The chicks are good to see. Preening.

8:57:10 Tina is back and is obvious calling again. No fish.

09:09 Teo arrives with two small fine fish and Tina starts feeding.
It seems she calls him for bringing more fish and he flew off. Not enough breakfast for four. *sigh*
09:15 Feeding is over, little one have to wait for next delivery.
Tina is loud calling. She is hungry, too.
9:17 Little is looking for protection at Tina, very touching. But no pecking as far as I could see.
