12:59 - feeding is finished, she covers the little ones
There is still some of the prey left, who knows how much or is it just fur...
13:25 - the wind gets stronger

sova thank you soooo much now I saw it. you have set great pictures
Like Susanne and you, I won't watch any siblicide. First I was too young, then I had enough distance, now I'm too old for that. Unfortunately, I am unable to establish scientific distance. I sympathize with the second born, knowing he has the same genes. But maybe everything will be okay here. rivalry is normal.
sova took pictures and description of these videos. You can find it here

16:40 Loud bombardment
16:50 There seem to be certain tones that bother her. that's a deep rumble
16:57 loud bangs .. Female is calling! To calm the little ones?
It all sounds so close. It's terrible for me to hear that
Female is still calling. Maybe this are just contact calls to the male?
17:06 she is calling
17:10 She stands up and is doing Eagle yoga
after that she starts eating the hare remains . Kids are sleeping
17:15 Loud bombardment, little ones are still sleeping, female is still eating (I am much more sensitive to noise than the eagles. I get extremely frightened every time )
17:20 s few bits for the eaglets
17:24 loud explosions or .. shots?
so, now I start here

Eaglet #1 - Day 3; Week 0
Eaglet #2 - Day 1; Week 0
13:59:58 - The male delivers prey. It has the foot structure of a phasianid with an anisodactyl toe arrangement, rather than the zygodactyl or semizygodactyl arrangement of the strigids or true owls. However, as owls can rotate their fourth digit forward, it also helps to note other characteristics. In this case the diminutive claws are probably the most telling and easiest to communicate. Note that this bird lacks the killing talons of an owl. Here we link to a tawny owl's (Strix aluco) foot as an example or two.
Reduced halluces. Feathered tarsi.
Compare with these taxidermied western capercaillies (Tetrao urogallus), though the grouse have feathered tarsi as well. Scale isn't my strong suit unless I've had recent obvious comparisons with golden eagles as measuring sticks. Then there is the matter of male size versus female.
15:44:12 - The male delivers more prey. I agree that this is a Eurasian red squirrel (Sciurus vulgaris).

Ravens, very good work as always I didn't have time for research and I don't think I would have come to that conclusion.
That's the lack of time. I should have more time, then I would be more precise
5:47 Female is feeding eaglet #1
It was very normal behavior for #1 to show #2 that he will eat first

9:32 another feeding
9:39 #2 got food too. this time no bonking.
At the moment I see less rivalry than in some white-tailed eagle nests
10:36 I did not see or her the male till now
so far I don't hear any military noises.
pics and videos later .. I'm busy with other things right now
