Not really, but perhaps you mean a booming male Bittern. A four or five times repeated very low sound, usually starting with a slightly higher 'inhale'
Other birds often audible are Sedge warbler (one of the most prominent), Reed warbler and Water rail. And many more.
The sound of the cam is not very good, so the sounds if the birds are often somewhat distorted.

~ 13:52 There was a (or two?) Bearded reedling (Panurus biarmicus) close in sight, low in the reeds, but not good enough for a picture.

14:04 Something scary (a crow?) overhead. Mother screamed.

Thanks Hagnat.
It is not the Bittern male, I know the sound, but it must be a large bird, not one of the warblers, the sound is low. It is an unusual sound. I checked the water rail on Xeno Canto. This bird also makes the strangest sounds but it's not what I heard.
I'll write down the time when I hear it again.

8.23 Mom came to feed the kids. At 8.26 Mom and one chick left, then Mom returned and at 8.30 the last chick went away and now Mom is alone in the nest, moving some sticks. The chicks are near the nest on the left side.
8.34 One is back
8.46 Both chicks are in the nest

12:00 The nest empty and nobody in sight, but calls of mother and children not far away.

The chicks suddenly left the nest together to the left at 11:07, mother followed at 11:24.

The chicks are 23 and 22 days old. In 2015 they left the nest at the age of 30 and 29 days.

It means they may return later. A few days ago the chicks also left the nest but for a short time.

Don't hold your breath, Astera. It is safer outside the nest.
At the moment the are not so close to the nest anymore, but still audible, especially mother.

It was strange. They were under mother, stood up and left.

17:42 Mother screamed pretty far away. No chicks heard for a long time but perhaps that is caused by the noise of the wind.

Maybe it was somehow connected with the attack two days ago, when Mom flew in the sky and one of the chicks roared like a bear.

Parakeet seems unbelievable for me. We haven't any parakeet observations in Latvia so far. Of course it could be bird that has escaped from cage but it's also sound too fantastic for me.
