Because it are obviously heavy cows and they sound like Highlanders and Highlanders live around Lake Engure. But there are more species of cattle living there.

This nest isn't at Lake Engure but in Pūre county near Kandava town. It's about 30 km from Lake Engure in SW direction. Should in some fish pond because there aren't big lakes.

I figured out that Tukums district, Pure parish includes part of Engure.
This is a large body of water/marsh, with several pairs of Bittern. Near Pūre I couldn't find this.

Yes, in the map it's hard find some suitable place for Bittern in Pūre county but in dabasdati.lv is information that nest is exactly there. Engure wetland complex is far enough from that.

There is no live stream, only a recording from 13:34-17:34.

Will there be a new stream again or did they decide to call an end to this season?

:hi:
We have got such information from Janis Rudzitis:

Live stream from the reeds was planned to be continued. However, during the transfer the system encountered technical problems. We tried to deal with them today, but we found out two bad things: 1) the system need to be repaired; 2) the slot, which we wanted to switch to, also proved to be unsuccessful. Thus, it is clear that the reed nests this season will no longer be possible to watch. We look forward to the next year and a new breeding season.

Actually this information was provided from Janis Reihmanis not from me, my posts in dabasdati are below same username as here.
There is still chance that this camera this season after repair will be available to see and here ongoings in Engure lake.

That would be very nice! Hopefully the repairs are successful.
