Yes, already a few days they try to look out. They won't be here for much longer, I think. They are growing so fast in comparison to the big birds of prey we usually watch.

I checked, the nestling time takes usually 17 to 21 days, one source says they fledge when 3 weeks old. The first 4 hatched on 9th May, so they are 2 weeks old now. Still a bit to go.

Last Monday five little blue tits fledged from an nest box in my garden. I had the luck, that I could observe this event! :chick:
