Re: Greater Spotted Eagle, Tõnn´s Webcam - 2017
Here in introduction post are pictures to compare old and new transmitter --- but none with the new ring.

But I think they would have not let him fly free again without putting a more readable ring than a small metal ring on him.

He was very quick. All images are poorly focused. I think that there is a ring.
Female do not wear rings.
EDIT
Today there was only one ring.
Tõnn knows how to get rid of the plastic ring.
Images are from http://birdmap.5dvision.ee/index.php?lang=en
2008 he got ring 7F, 2010 it was off.
2016 he got ring 7X, today there was not it.

Yes, could be ... something bright on the right leg.
Ouuhhh .... why must he have been so quick???
Here is an enlarged crop from the pic showing his back ..... there could be a transmitter ....

Juta advises us that there will be an interruption in service of EEnet.
This will start at 20.00 until 24.00
All our cameras will be offline for that period. Presumably, EEnet is conducting maintenance.

Thus. Urmas only is able to tell us, where the transmitter was. This morning at 9:34:45 (camera time).
Tõnn whether was in its nest, or somewhere else.

Thank you all for the facts saved and discussed!
I'm still not sure if that bird was Tõnn or not. But we all can see that cam needs to hide better. Though it is not so well visible at all (by my mind). Will look for suitable time to visit nest site - there is needed to be not seen by nest owners...

15:30 - 16:00 Expected visitor: Urmas, camouflaging the camera

It is restricting our view, but let's hope it will work, also after some wind.

But like aita said I also wonder if there are any more coordinates from the sender or if it has been turned off?
