18:52 Both H's can be heard
18:53:27 H44 comes home, H21 calls in the meantime
The young man is really taken with his loved one. :2thumbsup:

18:55:08 H44 flies from the upper branch ... mating

Shouts of both can be heard

18:56:18 back to the upper branch. This time H21. :innocent:

Image

She fiddles.

18:59 The neighbor dog is restless. H21 then too. Quiet 'gjak' ...
She calls softly, jumps onto the side branch.

18:55:06 out ... mating / attempt

18:56:18 Back on the upper branch, girl H21 again

Low shout, she cleans herself ... looks shy and awkward.
She is pretty.

And the dog again ... she reacts to him, calls out softly again.
My dog too, by the way.

She jumps onto the side branch. Brushes yourself and now looks relaxed.

19:15:14 H21 flies straight line away.

Good night! :innocent:

Sorry, you're right. It is H44.

I accumulate times on paper and then I go to the translator, sure I have looked where it was not.

17:50:50 to 17:56:20, the H44 male in the nest and in what seems to be one of his favorite branches.

April 11th

Good Morning :hi:

Emiliano, there is nothing wrong with being wrong. Sometimes events are hectic and we are distracted. :innocent:

Our H's take advantage of the great weather and visit the nest ... well, at least H44. :D

11:54:25 A goshawk can be heard in the distance
11:54:33 now two
11:54:42 A Goshawk flies up into the tree on the right, shouting. Meanwhile, the call of the second Goshawk can be heard in the distance.
I got confused with my records. It is difficult to accurately document two calls from different directions.

11:54 - 11:58 It is nice to hear. :innocent:
First the calls removed, then again and again a call from the tree, the answer from afar.

"Throw your heart across the river and swim after it."

11:58:38 Call on the tree
The answer is closer now
12:00:00 - 10 call the tree
Answer more distant again
12:00:30, 12:01:20 Remote calls

12:04:02 H44 flies into the nest from the left, H21 calls near
He fiddles with something, jumps onto the upper branch, while H21 keeps calling all the time

Image

Image

12:08:17 H44 leaves the branch to the left into the area
12:08:53 - 58 calls from there
12:09:27 - 34 Call again now, is a Goshawk flying past the nest from the left?

The calls near (directly in the tree?) continue
12:14:26 - 32
12:19:24 - 33

Then a nagging crow takes over

12:26:23 The Goshawk leaves the tree and causes a short spectacle. His calls or those of the other goshawk fade away in the area.
12:26:30 a shadow can be seen on the tree trunk. It could have been a crow or the goshawk returned.

Shouts from the area
12:28:45 - 50
12:41:53 - 58
12:43:06 - 09
13:04:21 - 51 Call first one, then two goshawks
13:05:06 - 25 two goshawks
Some of the calls sound very excited
13:05:12 A goshawk flies up into the tree from below

The calls last until 13:12. However, they go into dear calls. :innocent:

13:13:44 The H's are having a conversation
Sweet, you can see them fluttering in the tree at the top left.

More soft tones ... :innocent:

13:14:31 H44 now comes from the branch where I saw it down into the nest.
13:15:29 H44 flutters onto the side branch
13:16:03 H21 moves in the tree, continues screaming
13:16:15 Now she comes into the nest. :loveshower:

Image

H44 sits relaxed on his branch. H21 looks at him several times and calls out to him.

Image

13:19:52 H21 jumps to H44 on the branch.

Image

13:20:53 back to the nest

13:22 H21 begins to observe something. It fixes in almost all directions.
13:25:00 H21 flutters back to H44 on the branch and calls him.

A nice moment ... both together in their nest. :innocent:
Even when a device is switched on in the neighborhood, both remain undaunted.

13:31:25 - 32 She's calling him more forcefully now.
13:35:33 - 38 Again ... she wants something from him.

H44 has now understood and leaves branch 13:35:37

13:38:05
13:39:07 - 14
H21 calls out loud

13:48:36 She leaves the branch to the right.

15:38:41-44, 48-52
15:38:58 - 39:00
Ah, the H's back in the field. It was quiet longer now.
More calls
15:39:36-38
15:40:00 - 04
15:40:40 - 43 That call sounded a bit annoyed

Currently it is still quiet in the area. Only a nagging crow roams the area.
Time to widen the radius around the camera a little.
(If I turn my back on the camera, the action will begin behind me.)

April 12th

Our H's are losing their spring feeling or have discovered another attractive place.
I'd have to look - was there a pairing heard yesterday? I do not think so. They weren't here after your last visit.

Even today, until I had to go to work, there were no activities. I left the camera on until noon ... nothing.

@guest, thanks for the timestamp. The visit was so short ... I would certainly not have found it. Since no branches have moved either.

16:21:57 - 22:01 calls away
16:23:11 - 14 close
16:23:16 - 22 removed
16:25:19 'Gjak' close
16:25:22 - 31 remote calls
16:27:40, '43 'Gjak'
The nearby calls were soft while the distant calls were quick. Two goshawks or one in motion?

16:28:14 Without previous calls, H44 comes into the nest.

Image

It is only briefly in the nest, does not nest.

Image

H44 soon jumps onto the upper branch and sits there still.
No calls, no sign from H21 ....

16:29:39 H44 falls down ... short calls again 16:29:47 - 49

16:25 - 30

20:49 A crow visited when it was almost dark.
The spy sits on the side branch and on the top branch.

Today already two nest visits and two heard pairings!

11:27:42 - 11:29:00
12:48:33 - 13:03:00

I'll get back to you late. I have to go to work.

Well, I'm back from work.
I have to say that I still have no idea what I'm about to report.
As a precaution, I've now put a glass of wine next to me. :rotf:
My husband watched while I was at work and made some videos. I'm very excited myself. It may be a mess. :dunno:
Unfortunately, I don't know yet whether I will find time for photos. Maybe I'll bring them to me.

I'll start with what I saw first:
Emiliano also preferred to report ... Thank you !! I think it's great! :2thumbsup:

06:06:19 - 24 The morning call of the Goshawk
11:27:06 Crows call
11:27:11 - 25 H44 can already be heard and can also be seen in flutter flight below on the left.
.... and I was wrong !! The calls came from H21!

11:27:42 H44 comes into the nest with a twig. Meanwhile the calls continue and it is clear that it cannot be H44.
He fiddles, arranges branches and communicates with his girl at the same time. Then up on the branch, but it doesn't keep him there for long ... H21 sends inviting calls.
11:29:00 He leaves the branch and we witness a mating

12:48:33 H44 back in the nest
This time no delightful calls from H21 He fiddles something unsorted and jumps onto the upper branch
12:50:00 -03, '15, '18 'Gjak'
Then more gentle calls from the nearby area
13: 03:11 H44 goes down the branch. It sounds like a pairing is in progress but if you look closely, H44 lands down ... not alone but no pairing. He sits there longer.

13:05:50 There calling each other :innocent:

15:10:07 H44 brings loot.
Oh he looks good ... :innocent:

Image

I wasn't sure which one of the Hs it is but it was H44. He stands there ... waiting ... :innocent:
15:13:21 He flies out with his present.

15:14: A crow lands on the upper branch.

16:12:01 H44 comes into the nest, calls warm and doesn't do much else.
He will soon jump onto the upper branch.
H21 chirps with him ... she cannot be seen but can be heard. :innocent:
16:17:30 I think she changed her position, closer. H44 ust be excited again.
16:17:39 H44 jumps back into the nest and tries to build a nest again. Meanwhile, H21 is picking up vocal speed.

H44 tends to perfection ... he always discusses the same branch with courage. :D
16:19:29 H21 drops one floor below. She jumps onto the upper branch.
She must have sat over H44. He also looked up.

Image

16:20:13 H44 hurries out of the nest
H21 rubs his beak, continues to feel good.

16:23:07 It flies to the left into the area ... shouts

"Throw your heart across the river and swim after it."

18:21 mating noises, then H44 in the nest.
Test the nest cavity, look ... listen.
18:22:42 out and Pairing?

18: 25:47 H44 brings a twig into the nest.
I am happy to see that he is so active. :innocent:
Calls from H21
18:26:43 he flutters out ... what must, that must ... short break - mating noises. 8-)

More warm calls.

18:28:12 and back

18:30:23 out

April 14th

:hi:

No nest visits today but at least one Goshawk is at home. :2thumbsup:
06:15 I am still waiting for the morning call (Emiliano  ) but only crows can be heard.
06:15:13 - 17, 33 - 35 A little cocktail made of different sounds. It sounds distorted, it's farther away, but I think I'm hearing excited goshawks.
07:08 A series of 'Gjak' I'm very insecure but the crows agree at this time that someone is bothering them.
07:20 Crows pick up speed again
07: 20: 43/44 The Jay joins in. He places his imitation of a goshawk perfectly in the crow's nag. He can still be recognized. :D

Then on with crows, crows, crows ... screaming, flying, in the tree ...

I added 3 videos from yesterday. I was too tired yesterday, sorry.

Calls distant
10: 00: 12/13
10:06:37 - 45
10: 38: 08/09, 15-23

Closer
11:05:38, '45, 46 - 52

11:08:37 Goshawk / Crow
11:08:36 The Goshawk gives a short scream. It was a little uncomfortable to hear.
Then both can be seen moving away from the tree.

I don't want to speculate who exactly scared or attacked whom.
(I have a guess)

Video unfortunately only late again.
