Hi Fleur

I am new at this topic and would like to know how do you distinguish the male and female sounds from each other?

Thank you Mamicja for the helpful link! Now I know the difference between female and male  Is it only male who's actually "hooting"?

Came across another Tawny owl...That was why I didn't return home today before it was dark. A moon-lit evening, and riding my bike along the valley, I could hear a TO in the trees up on the heights. Addicted to that...

Tawny owl calls - Klaara arrives in the box, calling and moving inside, and takes the left food with her.

The moss below the opening is moving. I am not sure if it is the breeze or or a little bird out of sight.
