Actually it's a broken eggshell, I've seen it many times and had it on the pics too.

In the pic by Eliaygee there is eggshell and also a chick, at first I also have not seen it. So I enlarged the picture (Eliaygee, hope it's okay for you) and saw the white fluffy


So had to search for the same situation and found the feeding from 10:42
