Hello Baska,
the last two days I had no luck with getting pictures of the storklets. Whenever I looked at the cam, mom or dad was sitting down.
So I only have pics from a very wet parent. In the Television-news I've seen, how bad the weather is in South Eastern Europe. The forecast isn't either encouraging. It still shall continue to rain for a while. I hope for the Black Stork family that the rain gets not too bad in her region and the chicks remain warm and dry.

Edit:
As we have the same pictures from 7:30 pm, I have removed mine.

Good evening,
the weather seems not so bad as expected. Now in the evening the nest doesn't look as wet as yesterday and this morning. And the feathers of the stork look also preponderant dry. Only the headfeathers seems still a little wet.
11:15 Still all wet.

19:30 Preponderant dry feathers

Finally a pic from the storklets! They all look fine!
But I only could get this one. In the next second again the parent sat on them.

And again the storklets.

It's a pity, that during the day I have hardly time to watch the nest.
Has anyone already seen a feeding of the storklets?

Hello Michi!
Yes me! Just this morning I watched a feeding and I took pics. But during the day I didn't have time to post them, and now I'm too tired. You must wait until tomorrow.

Good afternoon,
the cam today doesn't show any picture. I hope, the cam hasn't take damage because of the rain.

Good evening,
Today there are no problems with the cam.
Fortunately it hasn't rained so much here at the nest like in other parts of the region. I'm so glad about it.
13:06 Mom or dad. Such a beautiful Black Stork!
17:21 Tobias with his lovely chicks.
The storklets are already grown. It seems they are all well fed.

Miracles exist but not in this nest....
In Hungary a female stork died last week and left 3 chicks about 3-5 days old. They were taken to refuge.
The male came back to the empty nest every night since.
Today, a new female joined him. Let's wish them better luck !
