Bad news! Yesterday one of our storklets got an electric shock As far as I understand it, a woman has found the Storklet. It is alive. They wrote, that the Storklet can get well again. I hope it much!!!

14.07 and 15.07 only two storklets were seen in the nest? In the early morning also only two were here.

maybe, but storklet is without ring ... nothing is so certain, certain is only that the 3 - 5 days are very critical :-(

So I hope for the best. But no matter which Storklet it is, it is bad for any Storklet.

BTW: My White Stork chick, you remember? It flew very late. It has had a fishing line wrapped around it's wing. It came to Vetschau for Rehab. They called it Karl! It was killed there, by an fox.
I got this information yesterday.

It flew in a nice arc to the right into the forest. Reminds me of the maiden flight. It was the same way
