Hello everyone :hi:

PL Notecka forest - link: https://youtu.be/iKUyr5dG39A
Nutka (F) + Nutek (M)

today morning (continuation):
youtube chat, by "WZ_Bytom_Poland":
1. ✈5:33:26 (dookoła gniazda), 2. ✈5.39:00 - 6:23:43, 3.✈6:27:45 - 7:01:55, 4. ✈7.13.02 -7.44.01, 5. ✈9.30.59 - 9.53.38, 6. ✈10.10.39 - 10.17.33 (on the branch), 10:18:28 (jump to the nest), 7. ✈10.24.22 - 10.24.38, 8. ✈10.26.33 - 10.29.41

edit:
youtube chat - Lidka M:
moim zdaniem od 5.33 do 7.01 wszystkie wyloty miał jeden bocianek o 7.13 wyleciał drugi takze dziś latają dwa 😁
In my opinion, from 5.33 to 7.01 the same storklet had all departures, at 7.13 the second one flew out, also today two storklet fly 😁
(GT - corrected)
jeden jest mniejszy i drobniejszy, myślę że to ona i wcale to nie jest najmłodszy śpioszek 😂 ta ona leciała jako pierwsza wczoraj - tyle moje obserwacje😊
one is smaller and finer, I think it is she and it is not the youngest sleeper at all 😂 she was the first to fly yesterday - only my observations 😊 (GT)

I saw the 4th arrival - storklet flew in at 07:44:01 (not the best departure ;-) )

 (siblings reaction)

feedings (youtube chat by Maria Lewandowska)
8.19 and 14:54 and 17:45

:hi:

The stoklets in Makov have different size and I think the larger one may fly soon. In Karula storklets of such an age twice flew away during ringing in 2018 and 2019.

:hi: Birdfriend,
yesterday I saw that too  (viewtopic.php?p=753597#p753597)

prof. Piotr Zieliński
To nie molestowanie. To instynktowne, stereotypowe zachowanie - ćwiczenia. Mają to w genach.
Obserwowano to u bocianów białych i czarnych, u samców i u samic.
Nie jest wyjaśniomy genetyczny mechanizm dziedziczenia takich zachowań.

GT:
This is not harassment. It's instinctive, stereotypical behavior - exercises. They have it in their genes.
It was observed in white and black storks, in males and females.
The genetic mechanism of inheriting such behavior is not explained.

 I saw such behaviour also by adult females and more times by young black storks

:hi: everyone here

Thank you, Solo, for the news, the times of their flying off and coming back and the video about,
really a nice circle around the nest :headroll:

They seem to have a strong sibling bond.

I only was able to take these pics yesterday evening. One of them was out still late evening. It was so cute, the two were laying side by side and when the third came home, a short greeting, then it layed down with its head between the siblings' heads. Sooo cute.... :innocent:
