Lisbeth wrote: June 22nd, 2018, 11:49 pm ... Will she be flying in a few weeks?
Hello Lisbeth :hi:

She will be in the normal age for her first flight sometime at the end of the first or beginning of the second week of July. Roughly in about two weeks from now or somewhat later. As that is just the normal age, she can try to fly already earlier ... or later. My totally unscientific and unexpert guess is that she tries to fly earlier than normally, due to the circumstances.

June 23
Good morning! :hi:

In this picture captured about 3:20 at night, we can see a glimpse of those famous midsummer nights on Saaremaa island, which Georg Ots sung us about. Not that we would literally see Saaremaa here, but we can see, how much light there is in western Estonia already during the summer night. :D

3:52 Sulvi did a long wing training. After that her body language showed us she was quite satisfied with her doing.

In my humble opinion everything looks like we should not be surprised if Sulvi tried to fly quite soon.

Good morning Konrad and everyone else, too

Sulvi is waiting for breakfast. She has slept, done wing exercises, preened - the usual. I like where she is positioned right now, compensating for the stain she made - unintentionally, of course :whistling: She fits there perfectly!

I'm sure we'd all love to see her fly soon. Her flying exercises are beginning to look like "what it takes" for her to really start branching, I think . I love how she studies things carefully before taking action. It's the safe way, and a lifesaver, in fact. Because of it I'm not expecting her to fledge before she's ready for it. :book:

Thank you for the time, I'm lost without a time stamp

Think Sulvi was not happy about the twig and that Mom comes so closely ... Sulvi is a sweet little "chattergirl"
