they were dragging on pine twig back and forth. Linda wanted on the right and Sulev on the left. i think that Sulev won in the end.
14:36 Linda took off, but Sulev stayed for some more time.

While there is snow on the nest it will be easy to follow the construction process!

It's the first time I see them live on cam.
One question: Who is who of them? One of them is ringed. And one of them had a darker beak as the other. I'm sorry it's my first season on this nest

What wonderful news - I managed now to see only one, but it's great to see them!
Manu, as far as I know, Linda has the rings. I have seen them for a short while two years ago, but they did not use the nest then (Miss Maisy-Daisy later tried it) and for a while I had Linda as wallpaper (she had to go for Tormi )
Keeping my fingers crossed!

EDIT: hhmm... i don't think Sulev brought another twig after all. it was the old twig which he was moving around...

i can't be sure of them either if i don't see their feet. they have different tailmarks, and seeing them helps, too. Linda has big regular heartshaped symmetrical spots. Sulev's spots are irregular and unsymmetrical. otherwise they look so similar that i can't tell them apart.Manu wrote:Thanks a lot. It's good for me to see one of them is ringed.
