Hello All,

Thanks to Urmas and Renno for the update on the WTEs and for all the great work this season. Glad Linda and Sulev are well. It was so wonderful getting to know them and following beautiful Ilimar as he grew - hope he is doing well and already very much looking forward to another season. All the best to all here. Diane

thank you Mutikluti for that panorama picture. :loveshower:

it is great: it shows what a glorious view over the forest there is from the nest. there we can also see the branches on the right side of the place of the camera where Linda or Sulev sometimes climbed.

Is there any possibility for someone, who doesn't use Windows, to watch this panorama? :help:

It seems that it is a problem of the different PC-Systems (Mac <-> Windows), but I found something in Wikipedia for you:

I'm afraid, Janne+Ais, even if I could I won't be able - the FAQs I just read through for this program say:
What are the system requirements for the synther?

Internet Connection: Photosynth requires an internet connection to create and upload your synth. A high-speed connection is recommended.

Operating System: Only Windows XP (SP2 or SP3), Windows Vista, and Windows 7 are supported at this time. Running Windows on a Mac? Photosynth runs under Boot Camp and some VM configurations.

Processor: 2 GHz+ recommended. Quad-Core is ideal.

Memory: 256MB minimum; 1GB+ is recommended.
Maybe you take a look at what I marked red and see if this could help you to find somebody to help you with this?

That is so nice from you two - thank you very much!
I am afraid, there is no help for me. I am using Linux, and when I try to download "moonlight", there is said: "FORBIDDEN". :puzzled:

i took two very wide normal screenshots of Mutikluti's panorama and posted them here on the Super special pictures- thread. this way everybody will have a chance to get an idea of what the scenery looks like from the top of the nest tree.

To German readers: on Sunday, 11th August 2013 there is a documentation in 3sat about a young WTE ("Der Flug des Seeadlers"). He was ringend in Hungary, nearly poisoned in Austria, after a summertime stay in Norway he came back to Hungary to meet a young female, he already knew from his stay in the animal hospital in Austria. Maybe this is nice to watch. :shake:

I have already seen this. It seemed to me to be a mixture of fairytales and science. It is nice to look but not more.
