so sad news.

the Saunja camera has slept one more day.
i got e-mail from Eagle-Urmas yesterday. i had asked him about the batteries. among other things he wrote about this camera.
Urmas wrote:... In Saunja we installed new batteries last summer, but those were still full in December, so then did not move them.
Renno still promises to replace them now, but did not yet.

...

- Renno has very busy times, so didn't change batteries. Now it is possible only in dark time.

Good afternoon!
:loveshower: I got from Renno a letter just now! :headroll: He couldn't to visit the nest place before but he promised that today he will do this, replacing batteries late in evening. He told that he was with his children on the sea ice maybe 10 days ago, they saw Linda and Sulev near the nest but they didn't landed.... He is not absolutely sure that they will be in this nest this year, strange was that they didn't build their nest in autumn...But miracles can happen...who knows!

One nice news too: We will get soon Tawny Owl camera! They put a new camera, old didn't work, antenna was broken too, new one will be replaced in nearest days. Yesterday, in the 3-rd of March arrived an owl...they think that there is an egg. :headroll:
I got a picture:
