13:03. Good day!
Today there is no wind and heard a lot of voices, including geese, black woodpecker, perhaps, jays and some waterfowl. This is great!

three great tits were in the nest and one flew to the camera. then a fourth came into the nest.
it sounded like the tit on the top was trying to open the camera. it was pounding on the roof so hard. then it finally peeked in!
VIDEO
now there is still at least one in and around the nest.

They were a whole flock .... while one of them tried to get
INTO the cam ...
... the others examined the nest ... here I caught four of them, but I think they were more.

They are migrating birds, perhaps they take a rest here in the near bay?

i have often heard here a siren that sounds like an ambulance or a fire engine or a police car. ( abit like in the Monty Python cartoons where an ambulance is driving up a hill down a hill up a hill down a hill ....
i think that Urmas once told that the main road to Haapsalu was not very far from here. and now that the leaves from the trees are gone the sounds travel rather far over and through the forest, further than in the 'leavy' time.

...Maybe the weather also plays a role.
If it freezes, the sounds also behave differently

good morning
eagle calls at 10.16
nice to hear them because it suggests they might choose this nest for their mating/nesting season...
