16:10, Sulli and Kluti waiting for parents to bring food! I think it is the cam tree which changes the camera angle - nest tree can't go straight up and down.

You are rigth! :rotf: But Kluti can!

edit: 16: 34 It looked just wonderful - it's so pity that the wind is so strong, and the sun is too bright..

Kluti, you could go to this site and read about bird Games.

Tell Sulli she might like to see it too, if she feels like getting out of bed!

Wonderful colours this evening. I think it is Kluti who is restless, fidgeting, and sometimes has a long-distance gaze.

One of them has just been playing with a long stick and then dropped it. I heard it hit lower down the tree. Both of them are looking down to where the stick fell!

Renandeli, I am sorry that my posts are cutting in to your series!
I think this is Kluti, who dropped the stick and is still looking for it (on the left) Great lighting effect from the summer evening sun.

Jo, I have read somewhere a description by some Finnish researches of two WTEs who played, really seemed to have played with a little fish. They played threwing that fish while flying! First the one WTE had the fish on the beak. It threw the fish in the air, and the other flied to catch the fish. Then this WTE threw the fish in the air, and the other one hurried to catch it! And so on..The idea in the article was that they supposed it was a probe that the eagles have emotions. They were sure that it was clear that those two WTEs enjoyed of the play the continued for some minutes.. or so. I can't remember exactly.

I have seen something similar on TV - but I can't recall what kind of eagles the program was about! It was maynbe a couple of years ago. Birds and animals do play. It may not be "scientific" to assert that, but those of us who watch animals and birds know it is so.

You are right Jo. We can't go under the head feathers of eagles and other animals. If we could, - I imagine!.. .. we could not tell it to other humans 'how they 'feel' emotions.. etc. It is sure that they can learn many things by experience...etc. They can learn without knowing they 'learn', to be afraid on something and like, and then they try to avoid 'dangers' they have experienced before.. but this i think happens to us too. I think it is not only 'mecanical' learning.. I can't remember the right words in english.. :???:
