Re: Estonian WTE Webcam 2017
thanks Hagnat! i wasn't sure because i have the J-E camera on at the same time.
were there more eagle's voices from here? i think i heard something from somewhere?
yes, it was from here
12:30 and eagle called very far. it sounded like a female. after that a raven flew by.
so the eagles are sometimes fairly near but this seems to be more raven neighbourhood now than eagles'. the raven's nest can't be very far. i heard raven voices and heard their wings for a big part of yesterday afternoon.

good morning!
an early raven catches a stick.
the raven keeps trying the big stick in the middle of the nest but it had to settle with a smaller twig. another raven was in a tree on the right side of the nest.

all morning (every time i have been near which i haven't all the time)
i have heard voices of ravens and/or crows together with a lot of sounds of wings. most of the time i haven't seen anyone.
9:29 two ravens showed themselves.
9:54 an eagle called rather near. it sounded like a male. first i wasn't sure where i heard him.
- ravens accompany.
it's becoming foggy. it is becoming colder.

aha, thanks Hagnat. i haven't been near the camera all the time.
8:03
8:30 an interesting, short eagle voice. after that black grouse voice from very far, barely audible.
9:15 two eagles sang.
9:45 the voices "seem" to come from one and same place. lazy Sunday morning?
Liz the time of the video?

11:00 eagle called rather near.
11:10 a raven came to visit. it is selecting the next suitable stick.
it has become greedy: it took two sticks at one go.
another raven has been in the tree on the first tree on the right. i can't see what it is doing.
the first raven returned to the lower left corner. and both flew away.
they didn't go far. i heard an eagle's voice again. then ravens talked.

It's a little bit cumbersome, isn't it? I would propose the ravens, that they take the nest for granted and raise their babies here before our eyes.ame wrote:...11:10 a raven came to visit. it is selecting the next suitable stick.

15:22 a male greater spotted woodpecker visited. it had a cone and it was looking for a place where to 'plant' it.
it did not find any place here so it continued.
