Re: Estonian white-tailed sea eagle nest camera 2018
Yes, eagles can be seen there, either local or individuals passing by.
In few days we try to go and replace camera (to avoid similar problems, like these were with date, time and quality of image). Also probably some construction of nest base will be done. What exactly, that clarifies up there...
For these maintenance we need to switch off the cam.

Thank you, Urmas, for informing and great that you have planned to keep this cam working over winter.

If I remember correctly, Anna and Uku's nest was nearby? Could you check if that's disintegrated too or still in one piece? Just curious!Urmas wrote: ↑September 30th, 2018, 4:56 pm Yes, eagles can be seen there, either local or individuals passing by.

Yes, it was 1 of "our" family:-))
Yes, I miss them and miss watching the nest and miss listening to the sounds of the forest.... When this site is not on Youtube I can not watch it. So, I was glad it was online yesterday.
Hope to see you back in Spring, Crissy. Meanwhile stay happy, healthy and safe!

but that is a pity. We can watch.
did you try these links with an external player
http://tv.eenet.ee/hls/merikotkas.m3u8
or rtmp://193.40.133.138/live/merikotkas ?
These links work fine.
just in these minutes "sings" a jay (not in sight) and a flock of geese fly over the nest region.
*Please don't feed the trolls!*

Hi Biker, thank you so much for trying to help out. But the 1st link does not work with me and the 2nd link only shows video's. I can watch but can not turn the sound off nor on. Can not see it full screen either. It is just not how it used to be in the "before Youtube-days" Ah well, before we know it it will be Spring again. Bye, be seeing you :-)Biker wrote: ↑October 1st, 2018, 3:25 pm but that is a pity. We can watch.
