Karl II brings a branch. He will start walking around the edge of the nest as usual. Unfortunately, he is very careless this time.



At first he stepped on Kaia's back (Swenja's photo above), later he almost stepped on Kaia's head (Swenja's photo above). Kaia stood up.

But he should watch where he puts his feet.

In about 2 weeks we may expect the first (2) chick(s).

I hope Kaia will succeed in feeding them. It is all completely new for her.

Karl II was in the nest at night and in the morning for so long. It was probably uncomfortable being there, and he rushed to bring "everything" when Kaia came (my interpretation)
