Solo, I scrolled back once more and noticed only these two feedings but as now Jan regurgitates mostly soft fish and does it so quickly, you may easily miss one.
This scrolling revealed that they often do healthy poops and that they have difficulties to swallow fish because the crop seems to be too full so the tail will not go in without effort.

thanx Summi
who know - they ate in the very early morning (frozen fishes?) or they are still under stress ... and this some kind of enemy
I hope all will be "normal" again
No1 tried to take one of the fish, but it still slipped out from its bill (one fish almost fell out of the nest)
videos (today feedings) in the "overview" post

13.42 No3 chirps and is begging because No1 ate one of the fishes
No3 ate some morsels
13:42:48 crow flies nearby
our storklets are vigilant (13:43:15)
it is again windy, some times very strong wind

13:42:12 no 1 dared to take fish from the pile of that "nocturnal human being" and swallow it, no 3 rushed to him and wanted this very fish!
13:45:50 all three are standing around the pile of fish or on it!

Wow, what an evening and night yesterday at the nest . I wanted only to "check" the storklets as I always do in the evenings and suddenly such a surprise for me. Finger crossed for the storklets in next days
Many many thanks to Urmas and his team. It is really admirable work what you do for birds not only here.
And a lot of thanks belongs also to Solo for her precise detailed documenting here - in good and in unpleasant situations - and last but not least also for her excellent work in the chat.
Also many thanks to all of you who send your comments and photos here.

Jan seems to have found the body of water where Urmas has left the fish!

I have not watched Karl II's nest this season but as far as I remember from the earlier years not as big fish as Jan has brought in here. A number of times the big fish fed to the storklets have been even rainbow trout or some other trout with pink flesh.
The biggest fish that are on the nest now seem to be Zander, Sander or Pikeperch (Sander lucioperca) that live in our two biggest lakes Peipus (Peipsi järv) and Lake Võrtsjärv, in some bigger rivers and in nearly 36 smaller lakes. But cannot tell what the smaller ones are. "Our" kids are not used to eating zander but when they are really hungry, every fish is likely to taste well.
They prefer soft fish that daddy has warmed up for them.

Summi, you are really very good also in fishes
I asked about Karl's nest because it seems to me that Urmas carries smaller fish for the young there than Jan brought here (they were probably not from Urmas's offer)

I wonder whether it seems to me only that the pile of fish is not so high as it was in the morning or maybe they have sat on it to make it shallower.

it seem so
- isn't it just that they thaw and so the pile drops?
- I was gone for a few hours and I wasn't watching; when I was looking, they ate only 2-3 fish

So they consume when they are hungry. It would be interesting to see whether the storklets eat the fish when they are not so fresh any more.
