Thanks for the videos!

I love the way this cam allows us to see the birds flying up on their nest (and away from the nest).

Lucy, thank you for the videos!

They certainly worked diligently over the past few days to solve the big twig problem, then they got another problem with the new, springy twig! Over the summer, they have done a lot to build up the sides of the nest & make a nice depression in the middle for eggs & chicks next year.

That is what I think -- but our Robins are so different -- they are big Thrushes, so ...

I see this birds only in the wintertime, when they are hungry and come to ask for a meal. But there are not a lot of them.

We have robins here all year - usually one (or a pair) per garden in the UK. If you see our Christmas Cards, you will see what I mean!!
They sing beautifully and look very sweet, but are very territorial and fight off any intruders.

Thanks for the videos! In the first twig episode, after nearly 10 minutes of perseverance and concentration, I think that bird showed great intelligence too at the end.

Thank you Lucy for those videos.. they,or rather one LSE solved the twig-problem No.1. I don't think Twig No.2 will be so easy as its so springy..
Is it the male bringing that No.2 ? Its a wonder his mate keeps him by her side.

I see the 'Nettle-field' is doing very well too.

I have tryed to find out when Eha started her migration last year...is it time for our unknown LSE to start soon? I think so.

But maybe you do? This time of the year in the garden I am often shooing off some grey little mouse, not very politely, only to make any amount of excuses the next moment and beg it to come back because it was a robin.

No LSEs at the nest this morning, but I heard a buzzard calling quite nearby, & a raven (or something like a raven) scolded several times.

The cam was out but is here again. So I will show how the nest is looking like: The stinging nettle is growing.
