this is interesting looking forest, so different from the Donna-Padis nest forest

Beautiful, mysterious Black Stork and his beautiful first egg. No ring, no transmitter.

the stork seems to be almost sleeping standing up.

Is this female now standing in nest?

spring is time for love!
the storks don't seem to make any voices during mating, they just clack their bills. afterwards they called a few times.


and after the mating they just began to preen as if nothing....

Now I am ready to roll.!
I see a beautiful Black Stork sitting on her egg.
It seems we have just tuned in at the beginning of the mating/egg laying phase here.
The view is great and thanks to urmas and urmas and ? Joosep for giving us another chance to see the B.S..

Just now both black storks are there. And how we will tell who is who?
