Felis, do you know what happened to Tuuli and Remo in the tooni nest? Have they visited or even been seen this year?

And the French? The German translations I know, I do them myself as well.

I know the storks have left the nest. But last year they left the camera on for a long long time after the storks and young left. So I thought even though no young this year, they would still leave the camera on .

:hi:
I think, there are probably some technical problems, which shuts the cam down. As it appears also from time to time at other nests this year.
I'm hopefully the cam will soon work again.

The cam started working in the morning. Maybe there are already problems with the batteries?

Great, it's back on. Love to hear all the forest sounds. And the sound of the rain at times.

It seems it is a bad year for Black Storks. Urmas wrote to me that his Latvian colleague Maris Strazds also found egg shells under a number of nests when checking them, and the nests being empty. About the reason he can only speculate, maybe less water in spring and thus not enough food after the strange winter.
