It was fair compensation for Kalli's all-day starvation.
this was a great meal for the little Kalli :headroll:
Lucy, thanks for the video.

Good morning :hi:

Liz and Solo, thank you for the morning reports, nice to see that Kalli has been here.
The nest has been empty while I have been watching this morning. Every afternoon it´s exciting to see if Kalli is still here, departure day comes closer and closer.

Have a nice day

I think it was the sound of a flock of cranes passing by.

Now, it is time to say good bye!
Thanks for the pics and video from today. Kalli, Kulla, Kati and Karl have a good and safe flight to the south and a long life.
And always enough to eat.

Empty nest, the last bird has flown <3

I wish our dear Blackstork family a safe flight to the south, a happy life filled with lots of fish and happy flights.
Thank you so much to all that made it possible to watch this camera, I'm very impressed of the great work you do. And also thank you to all nice people in admin and forum members for reports, pictures and videos.
It has been a great season, and I hope we will meet Kati and Karl next season.

Birdfriend, Thank you for your nice words!
I agree with you, it's a bit sad to see all three storklets, Kalli, Kulla and poor little Killu. It has been great, but also some sad moments. It always makes me a bit "melancholic" when a nest becomes empty after a season, but at the same time I'm glad all is well, and that they have grown into beautiful and impressive birds.
One thing we all have learned by watching these cameras, every thing can happen, nature gives and takes.
Have a good time too, I hope we will meet again next year
