Hi, Timea :hi:

Oh, I was shocked when I came home and read about this goshawk on the nest.
The good news is that last year, the goshawk that pushed Kati did not come back.
And I suppose that all goshawks that live in the same area as our BS, already know for a long time where this nest is located. The nest and the storklets are not invisible, neither very discreet.

Our storklets behaved very bravely! :2thumbsup:

I heard the growl, my husband snarled too. His stomach especially. :innocent:
Today I've had enough this growl ...

Yes Kati was there and Anne too ...

OK then.

Of course, I'll stay on the ball, in the truest sense of the word, but no growling any more, today, please :shake:

Okay Ute, she heard you :-)
Kati feeding
I saw frogs (that tried to escape  ) and lampreys.

Not easy to regurgitate food, this way. :whistling:

Yes, lately I've also noticed that the food is alive!

When I was a child, I had a dog. One day I saw that he swallowed a frog (or toad?) that lived under the rhubarb in our garden. Soon my dog became nauseous and threw up. The frog jumped back under the rhubarb leaves as if nothing had happened.

This is an interesting article:

Yes, I already know that, but I have not noticed it that year in this nest yet... Only in the last days. The food is fresher?

These experiences in childhood shape, they make curious about nature and develop a good relationship with all creatures ... That you have, no doubt :D

Hagnat, thank you for your opinion
