Have a good night, everyone! :offtobed:
I noticed it too, and I thought maybe she saw Maia, and that she is around even if we can`t see her. That is my hope (cross my fingers).
Thank you, everyone, for today`s reports. My internet connection has been bad all day :-(

Good night :offtobed:

19. July

Good morning!

07:00 - It`s raining. The eaglet is alone, no Maia to protect her. She is calling.

8:14 Magnus brings breakfast, a big mole. The eaglet is not eating it yet.

8:25 Wet and cold and still just sitting with the mole.

It is 8:53 and she is still calling for Maia to come help her eat.

9:26 She is dragging the mole around in the nest and has no idea where to begin.

9:28 I think the eaglet finally got a few pieces, but not enough. Growing up is hard work.

10:04 She still hasn't had breakfast.

Mary Jane :hi:
the Latvian female was 22 hours away when people were near the nest. Lets hope Maia comes today
Moles are hard to cut for the eaglets. The next prey is a vole

A good day everyone!

Maia has not returned yet. Eaglet lifts a Mole, Magnus must have brought it earlier. S/he is wet and just stands there.....

Magnus brought a prey, Eaglet was so quick to swallow it, impossible to see what it was.
