it is as I thought before my vacation: Maili fledged and I missed it
but I thank you all for the pictures and info. And by the way - a squirrel is always nice, so I will not complain

Her tail is completely "recovered" and beautiful.

She juggles with some small twigs for a while


Preens her tail feathers

And explores the nest

Isn't she just the most beautiful of birds!

She calls a few times

again juggles with nest materials and preens feathers



Then first jumps a branch in front of the cam and then disappears.
With this visit she sure made MY day
