The woods are lovely, dark, and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

Great, that they have accepted the new platform. :2thumbsup:
I was worried if they would. Let's hope for a good season.

Hello everybody :hi:

Why does the female call so much? She has extreme stamina. :faint:

Polly,
In Savannah, Mrs O's calling fish is the usual scene  I think she needs to replenish her strength because she has just returned from the south.

seira, thanks for your message. :)

I've never heard so many women call out so persistently. Except young ladies like Juuli, Daisi ... and yes, even our beloved Irma could do it.

I have to fix something on my loudspeaker so the neighbours don't get nervous. :whistling:

But a very nice nest.

Bailey in Maitland, Florida

February 19, 2020

Everyone’s favorite Osprey, Bailey, helped save a life yesterday. A new Osprey patient was in need of a blood transfusion. When this happens, we often turn to our permanent resident birds to be blood donors, and we found Bailey to be the perfect bird for the job.

Tired of toughing out the cold? Come to Florida like Bailey the Osprey!
This week, she has been enjoying the Florida "winter" sun with temperatures of 72 degrees. That's a whole 39 degrees warmer then her original home of Hog Island, Maine.
For our northern friends, keep thinking warm thoughts and spring will be there soon.
